Will there be a way to automate some of the farming? I love Stardew, but would also like the option of hiring villagers to help out and have a very basic budgeting function for planting x type of seed on a certain patch over and over.
I guess over time, if you hire from a certain family through generations then they gain their own traits for being a great strawberry farmer for example?

farming should not take more time then 8 hours, becourse the labarour t1 is on 8 hour timer for a work to be done. so are they quicker then a real player??!!

Your family can be used for the farming aspect (and any other businesses).
You can set work hours in the Ledger for businesses, as well as pay....just be careful not to tire or make them unhappy (unless you dont care and want PROFITZ) :-)

I love the idea of having a number of different villages in which you can have farms (if I understood that correctly), and for this reason I think it's fine if the farms are of varying sizes and you don't start off with the largest or such. While I think it's vital for the game to give the player enough variety to customize their farming experience within said space and area to their liking (for replayability), I also think it's realistic to limit the size of the plot to the potential land that would be available in that area. You might even put certain limitation on what crops or foragable goods, etc will grow or appear in each area, depending on climate or altitude (if that exists at all), if not seasons.
Just as in reality, not every farm is huge, and I think it would be kind of nice for the player to 'aspire' to their dream of farming x and y crops en masse by saving up to purchase that bigger farm situated in another place, or be clever in how they manage the smaller space they may currently have, which can be both fun and challenging too.
