Bugs I've Found So Far...

Hello! I will be posting the bugs I have found so far here. Feel free to post if you've had similar bugs.

• I'm not sure if its a bug or not but I am getting repeating quests that I can't complete. For example, I was told to learn to cook from Mother Hubbard and I did. Then the next day, I got the same quest again and I went to her again and I can't do anything.
• I have milk in my bucket but when I go to give it to someone for a quest, it doesn't work sometimes.
• Father won't take my medicine for the greens.
• The game says to gift things to the people in quests but you really need to just talk to them. Gifting the item will not finish the quest.
• I got a quest to get a sickle and then closed out the game for the day and when I came back, the quest was gone and not mentioned again even though I haven't finished it.
• I don't think pinning a quest is working.

Thanks for the bug reports. Potentially the one to get a sickle is a bug that was fixed in a more recent version (but old saves would still have the issue), unless the problem there is something where your save game was for the start of day 4 and that reloading didn't restart the quest which is something I'll note down to test out.

Just to be clear with bugs, could you mention the build number in reference to any you find? The build number should be visible in the top right when you go into some menus like the options screen.

I am not really sure what happened with the sickle. I just started the game on the 11th of May so I don't know if thats before or after the fix.

From now on I will look for the build number. Currently it says it is build number 3 and I have encountered all these issues today.

Ah ok thanks for the info and yea that'd be handy, cheers! Yea it sounds like it might be due to loading the same day as getting the quest then as I think there's a bit of an ordering problem there which might lead to the issue.

With the gifting and milk delivery I'm wondering if that was after autosave and then a later load? I'm actually just working on some fixes around that at the moment (which should be in a build later this week). It currently seems to be the case that loading a save will break mappings and inventory items from being connected to each other as part of the issue (which I've now fixed). Looking into the other bit now regarding any mappings that are on the hotbar/XYB slots at the time of saving and figuring out an appropriate way to fix.

Thank you for getting with me! I will keep playing and see how it goes. Is there a way to keep the game up to date? Do I need to download anything or does it automatically update once its been downloaded?

If you backed before the cutoff point (which I believe was on the 29th April) and have a steam key, then updates will be automatic via Steam.
If you're getting builds via Humble Bundle then yea you'll need to download new builds for now until Early Access where we're able to provide steam keys.
